You can bring anything that is impacting your wellbeing. This may include anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, grief, stress, life changes, feeling stuck, or simply wanting to better understand yourself. You don’t need to have a specific reason or diagnosis to start therapy — if something feels important to you, it’s worth exploring.

I offer online and telephone counselling sessions, allowing you to access therapy in a way that feels comfortable and convenient for you. Online sessions take place via Google Meet, giving you the flexibility to attend from a private space where you feel at ease. Telephone sessions are also available if you prefer not to use video or feel this format would work better for you.

Yes. I offer a free 20-minute introductory call via Google Meet or telephone, with no obligation or pressure. This gives us the opportunity to discuss what you’re looking for from therapy, answer any questions, and explore whether we would be a good fit.

Sessions are £50 per 50-minute session. I provide a limited number of concessionary-rate sessions to students and people on a low income. Please get in touch if you have any questions about fees.
I aim to keep my fees fair and accessible, while also honouring the time, care, and training I bring to our sessions.
